WHAT IS AN E-BOOK
An E-book is a digital version of a book that you will receive immediately on your computer. It is sent and received electronically via email and your computer. The book is formatted to print 2 sided. If you print all odd pages first and then print even pages on their backs, i.e. print page 2 on the back of page 1, you will have the pages paginated correctly. There are blank pages on some chapters so that the Chapter cover page is always on the right hand side (odd pages side). Try printing one chapter at a time. You may also chose to print on one side only. This will give you full pages for notes, but will of course take twice as much paper. Most students have the book bound with a clear plastic cover.
